Bottled straight from the tap

This is an article on bottled water, and kind of talks about the marketing side and how they are pushing this most basic of products. Really, it makes more sense to buy and install an expensive water purification system, and bottle the stuff yourself. Overtime it'll be cheaper anyway.

Compromise

So we ended up compromising with Centry Grill. We'll hold it at the lux downtown. She was very nice about it all, and I'm generally an understanding kind of guy. They are also going to throw in some wine, for toasts and such.
