It's been awhile since I've posted. A slew of new music has been released and/or entered my life since then. I will list that music here.

Stars - Set Yourself On Fire (http://www.arts-crafts.ca/stars/)
They are part of the canadian indie revival, and they are fun to listen to.

Ryan Adams - Love is Hell
He's released a ton of albums, but they don't grab me the as much as Love is Hell. Superb.

Bloc Party - Silent Alarm
Drum focused, but really superbly creative and slightly electronic. These guys must put on one heck of a show.

Arcade Fire - Funeral
Quickly became THE canadian indie band. All that put aside, Funeral is just wonderful, genious, and fresh.

There's more, but really these four albums require a couple of weeks to digest. Always listen three times through before writing anything off. (unless it's reaaaally terrible pop garbage or something) I listened to Kid A and OK Computer for over a year before Radiohead clicked.
