Just starting to listen to them. I'll tell you later if I love them.

I've been listening to more, but I can't remember for the life of me what albums right now. It's insignificant anyway, as most people probably won't look em up. Went and saw Arcade Fire's October 4th show. They blew me away. Once again I realize that the church has lost the artsy side of music in the shuffle to progress. We used to write complex opera, and symphony, and now we reduce ourselves to copying the "secular" (hate that term) music, and repackaging it, two years too late.

Granted, I'm not saying start writing opera and symphony again, that would likely bore me. But someone take all we've gained in technology and musical engineering and write some fantastic music. Please.

I guess Sufjan is episcopalian...
