Strep
Strep Throat. I got it. It's not too big of a deal with the arsenal of antibiotics these days. But I wonder what would have happened to me before antibiotics. I might not have been around to experience that, as they saved my butt when I caught Pneumonia. It's an interesting thought.

I had that... a few weeks ago. Tea helps... lots of tea. And make sure you finish your antibiotics.
Before antibiotics, you probably would have been given some 'natural' medicine... and who knows, it might have even worked, or you would have let your immune system fight it off and it would have taken forever.
The possibilities abound.

I'm drinking tea right now. I got an antibiotic that only has a five day treatment cycle, interestingly enough.
Wow - only 5 days? Mine was 10... took 11 though 'cause I forgot a couple of times.
MMmmmm... tea. I'm gonna go get me some o' that...
